Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library
has arrived in Central Virginia!

Read to Them is a local affiliate of Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.

As an affiliate of the program, we help provide a free, age-appropriate, high-quality book each month to registered children from birth to age five. These books are mailed directly to the child’s home to create a gifting experience that makes books exciting and shows the child someone is thinking of them.

Imagination Library and CMoR for Kindergarten Readiness!

Earlier this month, we joined the Children's Museum of Richmond for an incredible school readiness experience.
Rising kindergarteners were able to explore activities designed to build confidence, practice school routines, and develop their social-emotional and fine motor skills.

Why Imagination Library?
61% of lower-income households in Central Virginia do not have any books in their homes.
Reading levels are three class years behind in Richmond.
